Your first appointment with me will require 2 hours of time in the office as I need to ask a lot of questions.  The initial consult consists of an in-depth personal interview and a brief physical assessment. Please bring copies of all recent lab test results to your appointment. After this initial consultation, depending on your condition I may have to research your case and see you back in one week for a 30 minute consultation where we will discuss my findings of your case, make my recommendations and prescribe your remedy, with instructions. However most patients receive their remedy and instructions at the first visit.  I may recommend dietary changes, nutritional supplements or refer you to another type of health practitioner for therapy or medical care.

If you wish to prepare ahead for your Initial Consultation appointment, our Receptionist will email you the Patient History Forms to complete at home and then bring with you to the office. For those outside the GTA you can download them from this page (above).

Follow-up appointments are 1 hour. Treatment plans vary. For most patients, a visit once every 3-4 weeks is necessary initially to track progress and make changes to the remedy or diet as required. Some conditions require more frequent follow-up visits. Chronic conditions of long standing will require more time in the office.

Acute cases (common flu, injuries, follow-up care after surgery, etc) do not require the 2-hour initial consultation. Please speak to the Receptionist about your needs and she will slot you into the appropriate appointment time.

All appointments require 45 minutes to 1 hour of time in the office.

Do not eat a heavy meal for 4 hours prior to your appointment, if at all possible.  It’s ok to eat breakfast, just keep it light, no bacon & eggs.

Drink 3 glasses of water in the 2 hours just prior.  Otherwise, no preparation is necessary.

Please phone the office to inquire.  HST will be added to all fees.  Payment is expected in full at time of service.  Payment may be made with cash, cheque, VISA, Mastercard, or Debit.

OHA logoAs of April 1, 2015 Homeopathy became a licensed profession in Ontario under the Regulated Health Professions Act.  All Homeopaths must now register with the College of Homeopaths Ontario in order to legally practice. Already, some health-care plans in Ontario cover licensed Homeopathic practitioner’s services. I am also a member of the Ontario Homeopath Association.  You will receive a receipt for payment of my services, which can be submitted to your health plan provider. Please check with your health plan provider to inquire about your coverage. If you do not yet have coverage, write to your employer’s Human Resources department head to request it.
